The Tickets module is a comprehensive ticketing system that enables project managers to effectively track project progress while maintaining visibility into individual team tasks. Tickets can be assigned to specific team members, enriched with relevant information, and managed with clear deadlines to ensure accountability and transparency.

A built-in Kanban board makes it easy to organize and oversee large volumes of tickets, while the Gantt chart provides more advanced project managers with a structured timeline view for detailed planning and resource coordination.

The system can also be made accessible to clients, allowing them to submit bug reports directly into the platform. This ensures streamlined communication and enables faster, more efficient follow-up.

List View

Filterable and sortable table grouped by status with configurable columns, per-status pagination, bulk selection, and filter persistence.

Kanban Board

Drag-and-drop ticket cards between status columns (Backlog, Submitted, Accepted, To Do, In Progress, Recurring, Testing, Done, Cancel, Archived) with inline priority editing.

Dashboard

Summary cards (Total Tickets, In Progress, Completed, Awaiting Review), status/priority breakdown bars, and developer workload table.

Gantt Chart

Interactive timeline with stage, cycle, work breakdown, and ticket-level bars. Drag to move/resize, multi-select with rubber-band, dependency arrows, five zoom levels, and drag-and-drop reordering.

Inline title and description editing (permission-gated).

Status transitions via modal.

Multi-assignee management.

Comments section with internal/external flag, edit, and delete.

File attachments: upload, image/PDF preview, download.

Todo checklists per ticket with items and status tracking.
