The Performance Management System (PMS) enables managers to effectively monitor and support the performance of their team members. The process begins with defining clear roles for each individual, supported by pre-defined templates that provide a strong starting point.

From there, goals are established at the company, department, team, and individual levels, ensuring alignment across the organization. Based on these objectives, structured review cycles — such as quarterly and annual evaluations — are conducted. During these cycles, team members provide input, after which managers complete the formal performance assessment.

By offering a comprehensive and structured approach, the PMS streamlines performance management and addresses the challenges many small companies face in organizing consistent and meaningful evaluations.
