The Meetings module consists of two parts: (1) a public scheduling/booking page that external visitors can use to book meetings, and (2) an internal meeting notes system for documenting discussions and tracking action items.

Comparable to tools like Calendly, this module enables users to easily schedule meetings by sharing their availability through a dedicated interface. It removes the back-and-forth of email scheduling and gives every team member a professional, branded booking page they can share with clients, prospects, and partners.

It supports multiple calendar integrations, custom branding, and seamless connections with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. Your availability is always up to date because Simplify reads from your existing calendars and prevents double-booking automatically.

Additionally, the module includes the option to require approval for certain bookings, such as in-person meetings, ensuring greater control over your schedule when needed. Combined with the integrated meeting notes system, every conversation is documented with action items and follow-ups tracked in one place.

Scheduling Page

General

Custom URL slug, title, welcome message, timezone, active/inactive toggle, and copyable public URL.

Availability

Per-day available hours, minimum notice period, maximum days ahead, and buffer times between meetings.

Meeting Types

30-minute and 1-hour durations with platform options (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, In-person).

Integrations

Connect/disconnect Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, and Zoom via OAuth.

Branding

Logo upload/remove, background and accent color pickers.

Blocked Dates

Add/remove blocked date ranges with reason and optional yearly recurrence.

Approval & Gap Settings

Require approval before confirming, configurable gaps between online and in-person meetings.
